Insight Global is seeking a C# Developer to lead the functional design and development of application systems. The role is hybrid, requiring 1-2 days in the office weekly, with Thursday being mandatory. The candidate will provide technical leadership and make technology decisions in situations with incomplete business requirements.
The focus is on Capital Markets Technology, specifically related to funding and collateral management. Projects include new development, DevOps deliverables, business tools/reporting, platform upgrades, and bug fixes for the current platform.
Environment details include:
- Backend mainly on C# Lucid platform, with additional use of Autosys, Databricks, and Batch scripts.
- Data platform comprising MSSQL Server and Databricks.
- UI and reporting tools such as Plotly, Nexus, and PowerBI integrated with Databricks.

Skills and Requirements
- 4-8 years of development experience
- Proficiency in C# .NET
- SQL and TSQL skills
- Python programming
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and CIQ
- Ability to complete coding tests and on-screen coding interviews
- Experience with GITHUB/GIT, Databricks (Scala or Python), Banking/Financial Industry, DevOps CI/CD, Batch Scripts/Powershell, ETL processes, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), WebAPI/REST Services, Autosys, Azure Cloud, and Messaging Services (e.g., Solace/MQ)
