We are seeking a hands-on Camunda BPM Developer to join our Banking/Financial client in Toronto. This role is strictly for a hardcore coder (not a team lead) who will be tested on coding skills during the interview. The ideal candidate will design and develop end-to-end BPM solutions, integrate workflows with enterprise systems, and optimize process automation in a mission-critical financial environment.

Must Haves:

8+ years of hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (BPMN 2.0, DMN, CMMN).

Strong coding skills in Java and/or Spring Boot for Camunda extensions.

Proven expertise in RESTful APIs and external system integrations.

Solid experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

Understanding of microservices architecture and exposure to cloud platforms.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
