Position Summary
To collaborate with all levels including Store Management, Market Management, and Subject Matter Experts. Responsible for educating associates and managers on compliance programs, monitoring compliance controls, identifying root causes, driving corrective actions, and continuous improvement to build trust with customers, associates, stakeholders, and regulatory entities.
What you’ll do
Deliver compliance and safety awareness leveraging Ethics and Compliance resources. Conduct assessments across designated compliance areas such as Health & Safety, Environmental, Consumer Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, Food Safety, Privacy & Employment, Licenses & Permits, and Anti-Corruption. Provide on-the-spot compliance training, analyze data to identify gaps and trends, support action plans, participate in regulatory visits, manage accident files, facilitate communication with Store Management, assist with customer claim documentation, submit maintenance requests, resolve issues via escalation tools, conduct safety inspections, and follow up on safety action items.
