A well-established boutique tax firm in North Vancouver specializing in cross-border taxation is seeking a Canadian Tax Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a committed professional to take on a leadership role and transition into partnership within a thriving practice.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare Canadian financials, T1, T2, and related tax filings

Manage cross-border tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses

Advise U.S. citizens in Canada, U.S. residents working in Canada, and Canadians investing in the U.S.

Handle foreign tax credit calculations and international tax treaty issues

Lead client engagements, planning, budgeting, and billing
-
Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm development
-
Support business development and community networking
What You Bring:
-
Canadian CPA/CA designation (required)
-
4–5 years in public accounting or tax consulting
-
Solid experience with Canadian and U.S. tax compliance
-
Strong knowledge of cross-border taxation and foreign tax credits
-
Master’s in U.S. Taxation or Law (completed or in progress) is an asset

Leadership and client relationship management skills
Compensation & Perks:

$60,000 base salary

Path to Partnership with compensation package
