Job summary:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Channels, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a portfolio of channel partners across our most strategic partner accounts. You will generate a pipeline for your channel partner accounts to maximize revenue growth and market share. You will own the relationship management of partner prospects at various organizations and work closely with channel partners to generate new business. Prior experience selling through strategic HCM SaaS software channel partners is highly preferred.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee global sales performance and pipeline development with major strategic partners, including Deloitte.
- Develop and execute a scalable business plan to expand the partner ecosystem across multiple disciplines.
- Drive partner enablement throughout the customer journey.
- Establish Payscale’s solutions as the preferred choice within partner portfolios.
- Analyze market and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create joint go-to-market plans and promotional campaigns.
- Create comprehensive sales plans supporting company goals, including forecasts and performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives across partner organizations.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of HCM channel experience working with top consulting firms.
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel sales.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner relationship management in the HCM space.
- Excellent partner management skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships and ensure clear communication and messaging.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategy.
