- Increase sale volume of loan product to achieve target
- Check daily loan proposals
- Site visit new borrowers
- Check loans in arrear and repayment
- Supervise activities of loan officers
- Submit loan documentation for Credit Committee meeting
- Semi-authorize for all medium and big loan sizes
- Check monthly Loan report
- Check overdraft statement submitted by responsible loan officer
- Monitor loan arrear on a monthly basis
- Monitor, follow up all selling process and deal with the customer
