Are you a chiropractor with a strong interest in treating orthopedic and sports injuries, professional development, and critical thinking? Looking to make a positive move in your career and join a true collaborative team?
The ideal candidate will combine manual chiropractic techniques and rehab principles into client care. They should be available to work Tuesdays (2pm-8pm), Thursdays (8am-12pm), and Saturdays (9am-4pm) . The ideal candidate should also possess strong case management and client engagement skills with an interest in brand building, customer service, social media, and marketing.
Skills : You will combine manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, education, and coaching into client care. You will also possess strong caseload relationship management and retention skills with an interest in brand building, customer service, and community engagement.
Resiliency, reflection, and personal growth are a must!
Experience:
- Prior experience in a private outpatient setting (minimum 1-2 years) is preferred .
Start date: This position is set to start as soon as possible.

– 1 hour initial consults and 30-minute, one-on-one sessions with your client

Mentorship and Professional Development
– Structured mentorship available for employees (reduced cost for contractors).
– 6-month mentorship curriculum can be provided. Curriculum includes modules on Private Practice, Manual Therapy, Caseload Management, Communication & Exercise Principles
– Monthly clinical rounds.
– Internal workshops for skills such as taping, acupuncture, and spinal manipulation.
