Client Experience Associate – Mail Sorting

Job Summary/Objective
Performs daily processing of Incoming and Outgoing Canada Post Mail, verifies accuracy, and maintains volumes and tracking details.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Sort all incoming Mail received from Canada Post.
- Follow documented procedures for sorting and data capturing of volumes.
- Immediately report any missed SLA to site Managers/Team Leaders.
- Perform verification duties as required.
- Operate peripheral equipment as needed.
- Assist in developing production formats and keying procedures.
- Maintain high safety awareness and report hazards.
- Follow security and privacy policies to protect information assets.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Repetitive motions such as twisting, bending, and climbing may be required.
- Work at a computer for long periods, stand, walk, grasp, , etc.) only. We do not ask for payments or deposits during recruitment.
