Client Experience Associate – Mail Sorting

Job Summary/Objective

Performs daily processing of Incoming and Outgoing Canada Post Mail, verifies accuracy, and maintains volumes and tracking details.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Sort all incoming Mail received from Canada Post.
  • Follow documented procedures for sorting and data capturing of volumes.
  • Immediately report any missed SLA to site Managers/Team Leaders.
  • Perform verification duties as required.
  • Operate peripheral equipment as needed.
  • Assist in developing production formats and keying procedures.
  • Maintain high safety awareness and report hazards.
  • Follow security and privacy policies to protect information assets.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Repetitive motions such as twisting, bending, and climbing may be required.
  • Work at a computer for long periods, stand, walk, grasp, , etc.) only. We do not ask for payments or deposits during recruitment.
