Job Description
- Assign IT projects to Systems Analysts, Programmers, and other technicians.
- Coordinate the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Oversee daily IT operations and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Plan and manage budgets and expenditures related to IT projects.
- Recruit, supervise, and train staff including Computer Analysts, Engineers, Programmers, and Technicians.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
- Authorize development of specifications for products or services.
- Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
- Design, develop, and implement IT business solutions on Cúram by Merative (formerly Social Program Management).
Qualifications
- Language: English
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years, including at least 2 years working with Cúram
