IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians is seeking an experienced Physician to lead our highly skilled and respected provider team in Muncie, Indiana .
This individual will exemplify a commitment to the highest quality clinical care and collaborate with the Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive in a dyad framework to enhance operations, focusing on operational excellence and growth.
The leader will work with system stakeholders on operations, strategic planning, workforce development, and quality management, supporting the teaching and research missions of Indiana University School of Medicine.
Position Details :
• Physician Leader for Primary Care and Behavioral Health
• Adjunct Faculty appointment with Indiana University School of Medicine
• Schedule: 5 days/week including (.5 FTE) administrative time
Qualifications:
• Mid-career (5+ years of experience)
• BC with Fellowship required
• MD/DO licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
