Our team delivers business intelligence (BI) solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. We are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant with expertise in data analysis, modeling, and BI strategy to help clients optimize their reporting capabilities. In this role, you will also work with ERP/CRM systems to integrate and enhance data models, providing impactful solutions that support decision-making and business performance.
Profile – A dynamic and proactive professional with experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or any related fields.
Skill and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with experience in data modeling and ERP/CRM systems .
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau , or similar BI tools for data visualization and dashboard development .
- Strong SQL skills and experience in data modeling , including dimensional modeling and creating effective data structures.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and how to integrate them into BI solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and detail.
- Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Project management experience and a focus on BI system optimization and process improvement is a plus.
Primary Responsibility
- Develop, optimize, and manage BI solutions by integrating data from various sources, including ERP/CRM systems , to deliver actionable insights.
- Design and implement data models , ensuring they support business intelligence needs and improve reporting efficiency.
- Analyze business data trends to support strategic decision-making and make recommendations for performance improvements.
- Manage BI projects from requirement gathering through delivery, ensuring timely and effective results.
- Train and support end-users , enabling the adoption of BI tools and solutions.
- Continuously assess and improve BI systems and processes to align with evolving business requirements and technological advancements.
