* **Subject Matter Expert -** strong knowledge of data systems, operational processes and regulatory trade reporting requirements, including but not limited to SEC SBSD reporting, CFTC (Part 20, 23,43,45) and Canada (CIRO 2800-C, CSA). Create standards for capturing control deficiencies that quantify impact, create paths for escalation, and track until full resolution.* **Extensive OTC Derivative Products Knowledge/Experience -** Working knowledge of the structure of derivatives transactions from both a theoretical and practical viewpoint as well as the basic finance principles that underlie them. Possess a University Masters or Undergraduate degree in economics or business with 3-5 years of business related experience.* **Reconciliations** – 2+ years of reconciliation experience preferably working with Capital markets derivatives data, or experience reconciling trade economics and valuations for the purposes of regulatory reporting* **Analytical Skills -** 2+ years background in analytics leveraging state-of-the-art tools. Ability to use effective communication skills necessary to interpret and convey data that is often very technical.* **Leadership and Training –** Provide leadership and mentoring to analysts. Examine the impact of new regulatory obligations against existing workforce and technology designs. Develop and deploy formal training packages when rolling out new controls.* **Communication & Collaboration –** You have effective communication skills required to convey complex messages to business partners and executives.
