What will your typical day look like?

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you’ll work side by side with your team to solve our client’stoughest business challenges. You’ll build strong relationships, dive deep into their business, and turn insights into practical solutions. You’ll help shape strategy, drive operational improvements, and deliver clear recommendations that will make a real impact.

Your work will include:

  • Working withManagers to set and drive problem solving approaches for client engagements.
  • Taking a leadrole in the development of high quality project deliverables.
  • Providing support and mentorship to peers and other practitioners.
  • Offering expertise in areas of specialization.
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the practice.

Supporting and leading internal leadership roles focused on practice development.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with the following attributes:

  • 2-7 years of relevant work experience, including exposure to business transformation, operational modelling, service modernization, public sector service delivery, digital solutions and strategy execution.
  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Public Policy / Administration or other relevant degree (MBA or other relevant master’s degree is considered an asset).
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Superior verbal and written communication with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions (bilingualism is considered an asset).
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with competing deadlines and rapidly evolving client needs and conditions.
  • Strong business acumen with solid analytical skills.
  • Commitment to professional and client service excellence with the ability to build solid relationships.
  • Ability to obtain federal security clearance (only essential in Ottawa).
  • Experience with digital product delivery, advanced analytics and disruptive technologies (intelligent automation, AI & machine learning, cloud) is an asset.
  • Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and related enabling technologies is an asset. Certifications in project and/or program management is also an asset.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $57,000 – $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
