We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Corporate Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) professional to join a high-impact team focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across enterprise-level functions. This role will lead critical process improvement projects, support strategic goals, and foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma methodologies throughout the organization.
Position Responsibilities
Process Improvement Leadership
- Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects that drive measurable improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency
- Mentor Green Belts and project team members on best practices and problem-solving techniques
- Deliver project results aligned with business objectives, timelines, and financial expectations
Data Analysis & Strategic Recommendations
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure sustainability of improvement initiatives
Change Management
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to increase Six Sigma awareness
Prerequisites
- Proven experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt within a corporate or enterprise environment
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Proficient in statistical tools, process mapping, and Lean methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
