They are dedicated to developing new business opportunities while supporting existing sales channels, mainly in Horeca and Industrial sectors.
Job Description
- Manage and lead the sales team through collaboration with the Sales Department and local partners.
- Strategically plan and participate in industry demo events and exhibitions.
- Initiate and develop new business opportunities across horeca & food service segments.
- Support local partners in business expansion and sales growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in conjunction with the Sales Department.
- Act as a liaison to facilitate communication between headquarters, local partners, and clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service departments to meet business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in the pastry/food service sector.
- Over 5 years of impactful commercial experience.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating independence and teamwork.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively.
