Core hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PST
We value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 2-3 days per week
Role Summary
As the Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing tools and resources to support the delivery of various Learning Projects and Programs at Eminence. You will create engaging and effective training and education support materials for use in instructor-led and self-directed learning for all audiences across Eminence’s Team Members, Spa Partners, International and Online Distributors, and Retail Customers. As the Learning Specialist, you will drive training design and retention in collaboration with many cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout Eminence. In this role, you will report to the Learning and Development Manager.
