Job Summary:
The Cyber Third Party Risk Assessor will lead and execute third-party cyber risk assessments of global suppliers. This role provides expertise in assessing risks, identifying gaps, and recommending mitigation strategies to protect organizational assets. The assessor will collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and risk management teams while supporting enterprise-level security initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute third-party cyber risk assessments for global suppliers of varying risk levels
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to initiate, scope, and plan assessments
  • Communicate results and findings to internal and external stakeholders
  • Recommend and validate risk mitigation and remediation plans
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, industry frameworks, and regulatory guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of a global third-party cyber security management strategy
  • Support continuous process improvement in assessment and reporting functions
  • Guide partners across business lines on technology controls and security policies
  • Promote a strong risk management culture across the organization

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of third-party cyber risk assessment experience
  • Expert knowledge of IT security, controls, and risk management practices
  • Advanced understanding of enterprise technology risk issues
  • Proven ability to lead or support large, complex risk assessment projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Information Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM)
