Grand Touring Automobiles Jaguar Land Rover Division, Is Seeking An Experienced Deal Poster To Work Along Side The Accounting Department At Our Store Right At The Heart Of The City. The Successful Applicant Will Have Deal Commission And Posting Accounting Experience, CDK Knowledge And/or Experience a Plus. The Successful Candidate Will Possess At a Minimum The Ability To
- Prepare deposit, cash, checks & credit card clearance, floor plan & payoffs
- Cost, post and commission retail deals
- Ensure all motor vehicle paperwork is processed accurately
- Ensure proper billing of wholesale units and follow-up on wholesale paperwork
- Other office duties when needed
- Compile information and prepare accounting reports
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Knowledge of Auto Dealership Accounting Systems required.
- Experience in a fast-paced Automotive Dealership is preferred.
