The Role
As a Demand Generation Manager , you’ll be the driver of scalable growth. You’ll build intelligent campaigns that don’t just run; they learn and improve over time. You’ll collaborate across teams (Marketing, Sales, Product), using AI to unlock performance at scale.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing campaigns that create awareness, engage prospects, and generate qualified leads across all segments
Your work will directly fuel pipeline, revenue and the business trajectory.
What You’ll Do

Demand Generation strategy: Develop and execute multi‑channel demand gen programs (including digital advertising, content marketing, email, direct mail, content syndication, webinars, ABM, and coordination with our events team) to drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline

Campaign Management : Build, manage, and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure strong ROI. Collaborate with GTM, Marketing and Product Marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with Solink’s brand and resonate with our core audience.

Demand Gen AI : Implement and leverage AI‑enabled tools/agents to continuously optimize campaign performance, budget allocation and scalability of our Demand Gen programs.
