Who we are looking for:
Due to continuing growth in our Health Care and Social Infrastructure practice, our EDO (Engineering Design Organization) is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to take on the role of Design Manager – Health Care and Social Infrastructure based out of any of our GTA offices – Waterloo, Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Whitby.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
Responsibilities
- Budgeting: Responsible for managing the engineering design budget and providing key inputs to the Project Controls team.
- Performance Management: Develop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives, using the organization’s performance management systems to improve personal performance. Or manage and report on team performance; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/
