Role Overview
The Director of Digital Health & Consumer Innovation is a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, focused on developing and executing strategies for customer-facing digital health and consumer solutions that drive revenue growth now and in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine Dynacare’s Digital Health and Consumer Innovation strategies, including product and platform roadmaps.
- Lead the execution of digital health initiatives, including Dynacare Plus and Decentralized Collections platform strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to secure support and resources for product roadmaps.
- Identify market opportunities and lead key growth platforms to achieve revenue targets.
- Influence organizational strategies to support client conversion and deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Mentor and develop digital health and product management teams, fostering talent and internal growth.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the Canadian healthcare industry, with experience in digital health and decentralized laboratory technologies.
- 10+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in business development roles.
- Undergraduate degree in business, science, or related field; graduate training is an asset.
- Proven success in revenue growth and product management, with excellent strategic and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex environments, influence cross-functional teams, and lead through ambiguity.
Working Conditions
- Normal office environment with 20% travel requirement.
