Our client is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee the finance team’s daily operations, including AR, AP, and payroll. The role includes preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and leading process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end close and financial reporting for six divisions.
- Oversee daily finance functions (AR, AP, payroll).
- Lead year-end audit and support treasury with cash flow forecasting.
- Improve processes for cash management, AR/AP, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate on budgeting and ERP configuration controls.
- Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
- Manage special projects (e.g., ERP enhancements, software implementations).
- Track KPIs to improve finance team performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a financial leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and tech skills.
- Experience with change management; manufacturing experience is an asset.
