We’re looking for a Director of Strategy & Business Development who isn’t just looking for their next role, but a long-term place to grow with us. This isn’t just a Director role. We’re looking for a builder, someone who can think big, execute fast, and help shape Jagjot Express into one of the most recognized names in logistics.

What You’ll Do
• Lead growth initiatives to expand our footprint and revenue
• Build strong, lasting partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers
• Drive the development of new business avenues
• Help strengthen organizational structure and scalability
• Collaborate closely with leadership to shape and execute our growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries
• Proven success in business development and strategic growth roles
• Strong knowledge of trucking operations and freight brokerage
• A builder’s mindset, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen
• A long-term vision: you want to be part of a company’s journey, not just pass through
