Description
- Program Management
- Lead and oversee all Capital and Manufacturing Transformation Programs, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement. Align with departmental leaders on the Program Governance Model to ensure effective program delivery and accountability.
- Design program frameworks that align deliverables with cost efficiencies and budget forecasts. Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Address escalated issues and risks from Project Managers, developing quick and effective solutions to mitigate impacts.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline and maximizing ROI.
- Provide timely reports on PMO initiatives to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Conduct post-program evaluations to verify achievement of objectives and promote continuous improvement.
- Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing Canada Supply Chain PMO team, fostering talent development and operational excellence. Support Project Managers to ensure success.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, inspiring and influencing at all organizational levels to ensure alignment and commitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; P.Eng. or licensed Engineer required.
- 7-10 years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale capital projects and process improvements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Salary Range
The base salary range is $124,600 to $186,800, depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The position also offers a competitive bonus program and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
