We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform . The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, application modernization, and cloud migration strategies, especially with on-prem to online D365 CE transitions .
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
  • Guide and execute migration projects from on-prem to online, ensuring system performance, data integrity, and reduced downtime.
  • Design integration strategies with external systems via APIs, Azure Services, and Dataverse.
  • Define and enforce governance around ALM, security, and environment management for enterprise implementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership across Power Platform initiatives — Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with end-to-end D365 CE solution architecture (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
  • Expertise in Power Platform components and their use at enterprise scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, and security modeling.
  • Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Strong documentation, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant Associate

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $52.24/hour – $81.62/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
