Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant
Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide day-to-day support to users by resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
• Handle incident and service requests in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
System Configuration & Maintenance
• Assist in configuring and maintaining modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations (including Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources).
• Perform regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak system performance.
System Enhancements & Process Improvement
• Assist in designing, testing, and implementing new features, functionalities, or integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to support system customizations and integrations.
Version Upgrades & Patches
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new releases of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Ensure minimal business disruption and smooth transitions during upgrade processes.
Compliance & Security
• Ensure implementation of security protocols and adherence to compliance standards and financial regulations within the system.
