THE TEAM
The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is expanding accordingly. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding Aritzia’s product, people, property, information, and financial assets at our Support Offices (SO). You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on loss prevention, detection, and resolution across all SO locations, with a key focus on corporate investigations. THE ROLE
As the Director/Senior Director of SO Risk, you will lead the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly oversee the department’s daily operations in support of corporate objectives, while fostering career development and a positive employee experience.
- Establish Aritzia’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management.
- Minimize merchandise loss.
- Protect our people, clients, and communities.
- Ensure the security of physical assets.
- Safeguard confidential information.
- Reduce financial asset losses.
- Develop and lead the execution of corporate investigations.
- Identify and adopt emerging security technologies.
- Integrate security requirements into the design of our spaces.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for Director or Senior Director of SO Risk will have:
- Proven skills, applicable certifications, education, and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management and corporate investigations.
- A commitment to embody and promote Aritzia’s Values and Leadership principles.
- Strong strategic collaboration skills with cross-functional partners to achieve shared outcomes.
- The ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team with a strategic vision.
- A dedication to quality, results, and exploring new business opportunities that add value.
THE COMPENSATION
The typical salary range for this position is $150,000 – $250,000 CAD annually. Final salary will depend on experience, skills, and knowledge. The role may also be eligible for a bonus.
