Hello and welcome to DAYBREAKER! We are a global morning dance community of 1M+ and growing, waking up and dancing in iconic locations worldwide such as the World Trade Center, Sydney Opera House, Smithsonian Museum, and the White House. We break the day with energy and intention, fostering a community of adventure-seekers, mischief makers, and joy enthusiasts.
We are a Brooklyn-based family led by three friends, dedicated to getting more people to dance, connect, and express themselves, especially post-pandemic. We focus on morning, substance-free wellness events in iconic spaces, reimagining socializing without alcohol or drugs. Our team comprises experience designers, creatives, storytellers, and community architects committed to building a lasting movement that supports local communities.

THE ROLE
As a member of the Daybreaker team, you’ll be part of a global family dedicated to spreading love and mischief. The Daybreaker Event Producer & Community Architect (“Producer”) is the face of Daybreaker in your city. Your responsibilities include building an engaged community, producing memorable experiences, and promoting events. You’ll be supported by our HQ team with coaching and resources, but you’ll be responsible for venue sourcing, talent and performer sourcing, volunteer team cultivation, vendor and sponsor coordination, local partnership development, and event production. Marketing, branding, operations, sponsorship, and PR support will be provided to help you focus on creating unforgettable experiences.
The ideal candidate should live a healthy, conscious lifestyle, love dance music, be detail-oriented, and a hard worker. Active involvement in startup/tech, health & wellness, or arts & culture communities is preferred. A strong local network and event production experience are essential. Bonus points for Burning Man participation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Entrepreneurial mindset and independent work approach
- Several years of large-scale event production experience
- Strong network of influencers, creatives, and community leaders
- Natural organizer and community builder
- Cultural savvy in your city’s arts scene
- Knowledge of local music scene
- Flexible schedule
- Big heart, clear mind, and passion for surprises and delights
