What You Bring & Credentials
- Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- Current registration with College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC)
- At least one year of clinical, primary care experience
Provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education. Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, team-based care. Build a patient panel focused on prevention and longevity, emphasizing proactive and personalized care.
