Job Description
As a Finance Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading financial planning and analysis for the operations team to ensure budget alignment.
- Overseeing cost management processes and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Providing strategic advice to senior management on financial matters.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Director should have:
- A strong academic background in finance or accounting – Master Degree or Certifications would be a plus.
- A strong exposure within multinational FMCG is a must.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and cost management.
- In-depth understanding of the FMCG industry and its operational challenges.
- Proficiency with financial systems and tools to support reporting and analysis.
