About the Role: Financial Review Manager – LatAm
As a Financial Review Manager , your responsibilities include:
- Conducting financial assessments of carrier performance and ensuring compliance .
- Managing financial risk mitigation strategies to enhance customer experience and protect Amazon’s brand .
- Collaborating with legal, finance, technology, and human resource teams to implement best-in-class financial review solutions .
- Providing consultative support to carriers , ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
- Monitoring data analytics and financial trends , delivering detailed reports to leadership teams.
This position requires strong analytical skills , attention to detail , and the ability to work independently and in a remote team environment .

Requirements / Skills
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience .
- 4+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or governance .

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and Excel .
- Professional auditing or risk/compliance certification .
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
