Description

Foundation Installation Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Germany.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Engineering background with expertise in foundation installation.

  • 5+ years of experience in the offshore wind industry.

  • Proficiency in project management of offshore foundations.

  • Strong knowledge of tools for monopile installation and noise mitigation.

  • Experience in HSE performance and risk reduction.

  • Ability to evaluate potential ports for storage and load out of foundations.

  • Skilled in preparing and executing relevant documents for installation proposals

  • Support in variation orders and claims preparation

  • Coordination within projects and across projects to ensure delivery as per objectives

  • Review method statements and risk assessments

  • Conduct engineering calculations

  • Write technical specifications and assess tender technical requirements

  • Assist in ensuring safe design and providing input to risk and programme analysis.

  • Respond to technical queries and interface with other packages/Contractors.
