AbouttheRole
Role Summary:
This is a dual – responsibility role requiring full stack development capabilities and leadership over our IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and security protocols. You will also support platform management, website development, and systems integration to keep our operations seamless and tech-enabled.
Key Responsibilities:
FullStackDevelopment
- DevelopandmaintainwebapplicationsandinternaltoolsusingRubyonRails,Node.js,SQL.
- Buildandcustomizeintegrationswiththird-partylogisticsplatforms,ERPs,andinternalsystems.
- ManageandmaintainWordPress-basedwebsites(front-end:CSS,HTML,plugins,themes).
- ImplementscalableandsecurebackendarchitectureswithAPIintegrations.
️Cloud&Hosting(AWS)
- SetupandmanageAWSinfrastructure(EC2,S3,RDS,IAM,CloudWatch,etc.).
- Ensureavailability,scalability,andbackupsacrossallhostedservices.
- LeadDevOpseffortsincludingCI/CDpipelinesetupanddeploymentautomation.
ITInfrastructure&Security
- Overseenetworksetup,IThardware,andinfrastructureacrossofficeandwarehouses.
- DefineandimplementSecurity&NetworkSOPsandbestpractices.
- Managefirewalls,accesscontrols,VPNs,andendpointsecurity.
- Supportlocaldevices,CCTV,barcode/RFIDtech,andWiFinetworks.
SystemsIntegration
- Ownandleaddataandsystemsintegrationacrosslogisticstechstack.
- WorkwithAPIdocumentationandtoolstoconnectWMS,TMS,eCommerce,andfinancesystems.
RequiredSkills
- 5+yearsexperienceinsoftwaredevelopmentandIToperations.
- Strongprogrammingbackground:RubyonRails,NodeJS,SQL.
- ExperiencewithAWSinfrastructureandDevOpsbestpractices.
- Deepunderstandingofnetworks,IThardware,andsecurityprotocols.
- FamiliaritywithWordPress,HTML,CSSforbasicsitemanagement.
- Strongtroubleshootingskillsacrossbothsoftwareandhardware.
NicetoHave
- Experiencewithlogistics,warehousemanagement,orsupplychaintech.
- FamiliaritywithAPIslikeShopify,Shiprocket,Unicommerce,Zoho,etc.
- KnowledgeofITILpracticesornetworkcertifications(CCNA,AWScerts).
