Full Stack Developer

Role summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help shape the future of AI-driven support automation. You will design and build scalable, production-ready applications that integrate dynamic prompting, intelligent workflows, and internal support systems—developing both frontend and backend components to enable intelligent prompt delivery and context-aware agent workflows.

• Design and develop backend services to support prompt generation, logging, and dynamic workflow execution.

• Implement APIs to integrate tools, knowledge bases, and workflow components for seamless orchestration.

• Build and maintain frontend components to enable intuitive user interaction with workflows.

• Ensure high code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to engineering best practices.

• Optimize system performance, observability, and scalability for production-grade deployments.

• Investigate and resolve issues across backend and frontend systems to ensure stability and reliability.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional, multinational team of Product Owners, architects, data scientists, and data engineers

• Solid problem-solving ability with a good understanding of data structures, OOP, software design, and foundational ML/DL/LLM concepts.

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in backend technologies like Python, , and RESTful API design with strong SQL/PLSQL skills.

• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and UI5.

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment practices.

• Experience or interest in AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain/LangGraph) is a big plus. (nice to have)

• Exposure to enterprise platforms or support systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is beneficial (nice to have)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
