About North : North is Cohere’s AI workspace platform, designed to revolutionize enterprise AI utilization with a secure, customizable environment that maintains control over sensitive data. It seamlessly integrates with existing workflows, connecting AI agents with workplace tools.
As a Full Stack Senior Engineer, You Will:
- Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data
- Write minimal code suitable for low-resource environments with strict deployment mechanisms
- Re-invent solutions when security and privacy demands prevent using popular libraries
- Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques
You May Be a Good Fit If:
- You have extensive experience shipping full-stack code (Python and React) in production
- You thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- You have experience in both large enterprises and startups
- You possess strong coding skills across the stack
- You can understand and fix issues outside your main codebase
- You have built and deployed high-performance RAG/agentic applications for millions of users
- Bonus: You love art, have an eye for design, and a creative mindset. Showcases like GitHub are a plus.
