- Hadoop Platform Experience
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing scalable, secure cloud solutions using GCP services such as Dataproc, Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
- Automating deployment and management of cloud resources using tools like Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
- Must have experience with Hadoop Platform, GCP Clusters, and GCP Infrastructure.
- Developing and maintaining automation pipelines for building, deploying, and managing applications and infrastructure.
- Monitoring cloud infrastructure performance with tools like Stackdriver and Cloud Monitoring, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Automating tasks using scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Experience with Linux system administration, networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud security principles.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, security, and operations to define cloud architecture best practices and ensure compliance.
- Staying updated with the latest GCP technologies, best practices, and security recommendations.
