TITLE: GM / VP of E-Commerce

BASE SALARY: TBD- aligned with experience

Looking for a growth-minded e-commerce leader ready to build a business-within-a-business.
This is not your average VP role — this is an opportunity to shape, scale, and lead a digital commerce division backed by 30+ years of industry credibility and national reach. You’ll get the infrastructure of a trusted brand with the autonomy of a startup.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
You’ll be responsible for building the e-commerce business from the ground up. From setting the strategy to leading the execution — everything from pricing and product roadmap to digital marketing and tech stack is in your domain. You’ll own the P&L, develop high-performing teams, and collaborate across supply chain, marketing, and merchandising to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

YOU’LL BE IN CHARGE OF:
- Developing and executing a go-to-market and long-term e-commerce strategy
- Owning and optimizing the P&L for digital channels
- Leading cross-functional teams (tech, ops, marketing, supply chain) toward ambitious growth targets
- Driving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty with performance-based strategies
- Selecting, managing, and evolving the e-commerce tech stack and vendor relationships
- Overseeing regulatory compliance, privacy standards, and cybersecurity protocols
- Building strategic partnerships and third-party integrations that fuel scalable growth
- Driving analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to boost conversion and customer lifetime value
ABOUT YOU:
- 10+ years in e-commerce leadership with a track record of profitable scaling
- Experience in Apparel, Homegoods, Luxury Retail, or Omnichannel consumer brands
- Strong P&L management and comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels
- Data-driven decision-maker who understands UX, retention, and digital funnels
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and agile — thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Bonus: Background in launching new market entries or DTC models
