What You Bring To The Table
- Leadership experience in hospitality — you’re confident guiding a team and delivering top-tier guest service.
- Community-minded and guest-focused, with a passion for building connections and creating memorable experiences.
- Marketing or sales know-how is a strong asset, especially if you can boost visibility and drive business.
- Tech-savvy and organized, with solid admin skills and experience using tools like Microsoft Office, POS, and scheduling systems.
- Calm, clear communicator who handles pressure with confidence and keeps the team grounded in challenging moments.
- Serving It Right certification required; First Aid certification an asset (or willingness to obtain).
Your Days Will Look Like
- Lead and manage a hospitality team to deliver excellent customer service in a high-energy pub environment.
- Create memorable guest experiences by being hands-on, guest-focused, and present during peak hours.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service, compliance, and team coordination across shifts.
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff, using workforce planning tools to ensure optimal coverage.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, recognition, and growth.
- Plan and execute marketing promotions and special events that drive traffic and increase revenue.
- Support community engagement and loyalty programs that strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety standards, and internal policies.
