Your Tasks

  • You will provide professional leadership to the HSE experts of Voith Hydro, both nationally and internationally, and foster close, goal-oriented global collaboration.
  • You will play a key role in occupational safety and significantly contribute to the continuous improvement of our safety standards.
  • You will develop and support the implementation of Voith AGU standards across the entire value chain to meet legal, normative, and customer-specific requirements.
  • You will manage AGU methods and systems, particularly for reporting, risk assessment, HSE compliance (e.g., Quentic), hazardous substances, and process management.
  • You will define AGU objectives and measures for Voith Hydro and oversee their implementation within the framework of projects.
  • You will be responsible for the further development and certification of the AGU management system (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO in coordination with the Director of VH Quality Management Systems.
  • You will work closely with the global HSE team to develop group-wide strategies and successfully implement shared goals in health, safety, and environmental protection.
  • You will design and create target group-specific training materials to sustainably strengthen the safety awareness and professional competence of our employees.

Your Profile

  • You have a technical degree (e.g., safety engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science) and professional experience in quality and HSE management – ideally with a focus on safety and environmental risk assessments.
  • You are a certified occupational safety specialist (Sifa).
  • You have in-depth knowledge of relevant laws, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), and regulatory requirements, and are qualified as an internal auditor (e.g., according to ISO
  • You work analytically, solution-oriented, and pragmatically – with a clear focus on customer needs and results.
  • Your excellent English skills and willingness to travel internationally (20–30%) complete your profile.
