What will your typical day look like?

The Global Vendor Finance Manager in the Global Vendor Management Office will manage the financial aspects of all global software products across the Deloitte organization, and oversee license pricing and technology software spend, while managing and coordinating with Technology Finance, Global Finance and the Member Firms software spend forecasting and invoice reconciliation. The GLFM will also define and facilitate communication between contract managers and product program managers in order to identify pricing and forecasting for all products. This individual works closely with global technology leaders, Deloitte Technology platform owners, Vendor Management Office (VMO), and member firm teams in the proper oversight of Deloitte vendor license estates using ITAM standards. The Global Vendor Finance Manager will:

  • Manage all financial aspects of the software license pricing to include unit price and quantities used across the Deloitte enterprise.
  • Create software compliance tracking and reporting processes and develop software control measures for Deloitte Technology and member firm teams in the use of the software solutions as needed.
  • Evaluate and advise on opportunities for process improvements and makes constructive suggestions for change
  • Import software information and filtering the discovered data while capturing license entitlement as Deloitte adds software purchases.
  • Work with cross business functional teams to gather, develop, and track software license pricing for Global and Member Firms
  • Assist in the development of dashboards for monitoring and tracking software licenses
  • Assist member firms in software licenses consumption through consistence communication and education of product usability.
  • Assist Global and Member Firms on invoicing and license consumption.
  • Monitor Vendor Invoicing to match FY forecasting and identify and report anomalies to appropriate finance team.

Qualifications needed for this role are:

  • Minimum of 7 years of Vendor Management in a Financial capacity.
  • Software license management experience with enterprise level software agreements
  • Experience with large software products like Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Adobe.
  • Robust working knowledge of various licensing models, vendor maintenance programs, cloud computing solutions and IT Asset Management (ITAM) standards
  • Hands on experience with IT asset management tools required
  • Experience with other Software Asset Management (SAM) tools including Flexera and SNOW a plus
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to interact and interface with all levels from executive leadership to product administration teams
  • Ability to manage processes across distributed teams and multiple vendors
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and member firms to establish standards and processes for Global Licenses Management

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 – $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
