The Role
As GM / Head of Product & Program, you will act as the founder’s execution arm, translating vision into reality with a small, senior team. You will own product direction, execution, and outcomes, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from UI/UX to market launch and growth, including financial planning.

Core Responsibilities
Product & Execution
- Own product vision, UI/UX, onboarding, biometric coaching features.
- Lead a 4–6 person senior team including engineers, designers, and QA.
- Implement analytics, A/B testing, and growth tools.
- Support hardware integration and expansion.
Go-To-Market & Growth
- Develop GTM strategy for relaunch.
- Coordinate campaigns, App Store optimization, user acquisition.
- Manage beta programs and community engagement.
Business & Financial
- Create roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, ROI analysis.
- Prepare investor updates and strategic memos.
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Negotiate with hardware and data partners.
- Build relationships in health and wellness communities.
- Explore co-marketing and licensing opportunities.
Leadership & Culture
- Recruit and mentor top talent.
- Foster a culture of accountability and urgency.
- Operate asynchronously with clear decision frameworks.
Requirements
- Proven success in consumer health/wearable app development and scaling.
- Strong product design and technical skills (SwiftUI, CoreBluetooth, HealthKit).
- Experience with HRV/biofeedback signal processing.
- GTM and growth strategy expertise.
- Budgeting and ROI analysis skills.
- Partnership development experience in hardware/wellness sectors.
- Leadership in high-velocity environments.
Compensation
