CA$360,000.00/yr – CA$700,000.00/yr

This clinic is rapidly becoming a cornerstone of patient care in large vibrant, diverse, welcoming city in Eastern Ontario. With 5 fully equipped consulting rooms, modern diagnostic services (ECG, Holter, echo), and lab services launching shortly, they are committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. The demand is strong, with over 1,800 patients registered within two weeks of opening, creating an exceptional opportunity for physicians seeking a thriving practice environment.
Seeking Family Physicians to provide full-scope primary care in a modern, supportive clinic with immediate access to a large patient base.
What Is Offered:
- Competitive Overhead: Only 20%, with 80% of billings retained by you.
- Full Support Services: Administrative staff, medical billing assistance, housing and car purchasing support, financial planning, and incorporation setup guidance; all from the lead physician who is an international physician from the UK.
- Flexibility: Contracts tailored to your preferences with no rigid commitments.
- Modern Facilities: New consulting rooms, on-site lab, and diagnostic testing.
- Strong Patient Flow: Over 1,800 registered patients in 2 weeks alone
- Immigration Support: LMIA sponsorship available for international candidates
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive family medicine services to patients in the community.
- Collaborate with clinic staff and colleagues to ensure high-quality, efficient care.
- Participate in building a patient-centered practice with autonomy over scheduling and scope.
- Option to provide additional services in urgent care or special interests.
Requirements:
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Family Physician in Ontario.
- Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Open to Canadian and international physicians (LMIA support available).
Schedule:
- Flexible hours; clinic is open weekdays with support for urgent care services.
- Physicians may determine their own patient volume and working days.
Compensation:
- Fee-for-service model with 80% of billings retained by physician .
