Now Hiring – Head, Corporate Actions
The Head, Corporate Actions’ overall key responsibilities are to: a) oversee the Client facing Corporate Action team to ensure that any Corporate Action events are negotiated, implemented, managed and successfully completed within the terms and requirements of our engagement, b) oversee the Operational team that complete the transactional processing of Corporate Action events, and c) ensure that the department is properly positioned to successfully deliver on any appointments.
Responsibilities
Manage Corporate Action Events (oversight of management)

Oversee the client facing team to strategize how events will be executed and provide input and oversight on processes and fee proposals. The Head, Corporate Actions has ultimate responsibility for fees, operational feasibility of Corporate Actions events and corporate liability.

Responsible for managing the overall profitability ( P&L), revenue, expenses, and budget for Corporate Action Events for all of TSX Trust

Oversee operational team and maintain oversight of Corporate Action events through appointment, negotiation, operational implementation and processing. Oversight responsibilities include reviewing of documentation, oversight of implementation of required processes to ensure success of event, coordinating with external stakeholders (e.g. CDS and DTCC, other
