The Head of Electrification Solutions will oversee the development of major electrical projects from concept to execution. As a key member of PowerON’s management team, you will lead a team developing energy solutions for large business and institutional customers, including electric vehicle charging, battery storage, solar PV, and power generation.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of early-stage project concepts, cost estimation, and proposal development based on client needs and site conditions.
- Support the commercial sales team in outreach and sales efforts.
- Work with clients to develop electric vehicle adoption roadmaps.
- Oversee engineering and technical analysis, managing consultants, advisors, and coordinating with clients and external agencies.
- Make recommendations on growth opportunities through technical, financial, and commercial analyses.
- Lead innovation projects to keep PowerON at the industry forefront.
- Build and maintain integrity and confidence, communicating effectively with clients and team members.
- Stay updated on new electrification technologies and participate in conferences and forums as a thought leader.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in project development, management, operations, and strategic development.
- Strong technical knowledge of EV charging, battery storage, and energy management systems.
- Strong business acumen for developing profitable projects and new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
