We are looking for a Group Marketing Manager, Digital Acquisition to oversee our marketing efforts for QuickBooks and Mailchimp for Canada and Latin America. Reporting to the Director of Marketing , this position will lead a growing team of marketers and agencies and will own our acquisition growth targets for both product lines. The position will have broad visibility across the business as well as the global Intuit Marketing Community and will collaborate daily with peers in Marketing, Sales, GTM Tech, Finance, and Analytics.

This position will be based in Toronto but will work cross-functionally with partners across our global sites, including the US, UK, and Australia, focusing on improving measurement methodologies, agency management, sharing best practices, and optimizing ROI. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals across search, programmatic, and brand channels, supported by multiple agencies on strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams across countries (US, UK, AU) to enhance measurement, optimize ROI, and coordinate agency relationships.
  • Own the strategy for acquiring customers for QuickBooks and Mailchimp to support website conversions and lead generation for SMB and mid-market sales teams.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation with rapid test-and-learn cycles across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), including incrementality testing, audience segmentation, creative testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Utilize Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution, and cohort analyses to refine investment strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a team responsible for executing campaigns across display, search (PPC), SEO, mobile, and social channels, fostering high employee engagement.
  • Develop and manage targeted sponsorships and partnerships aligned with acquisition goals, defining success metrics and evaluating campaign performance.
  • Manage agency relationships to extend team capabilities and maximize value.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in digital/mobile acquisition marketing in a B2B or B2C environment, preferably with SaaS products.
  • 10+ years of overall digital marketing experience, with 5+ years leading teams.
  • Ability to develop strategies based on business goals and customer insights, leading hypothesis-driven initiatives and translating them into actionable plans.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and leveraging insights to improve experiences.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on high-impact activities and driving initiatives to completion.
  • Proven track record as an innovative thinker, fostering creativity and continuous performance improvement.
