Job Description
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement long-term product marketing strategies aligned with global directives and local market conditions. Define and communicate clear value propositions and market positioning for various product lines.
- Market Opportunity Evaluation: Identify, analyze, and prioritize market opportunities, ensuring coordinated actions across business units and local divisions.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the planning and execution of local go-to-market initiatives. Create product demand by promoting technical benefits, delivering solutions, and leveraging a value-based selling approach.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, sales, or related roles, including 2-3 years in leadership or team management.
- Solid understanding of technical products or systems, with the ability to translate complex concepts into customer value. Experience in B2B or industrial settings is a plus.
- Proven track record in managing product strategies and driving growth through customer-focused marketing and initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and drive alignment across functions.
- Leadership experience, stakeholder influence, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
