  • Proven success as a product leader (Director level or above), ideally in a SaaS or platform environment
  • Track record of turning good teams into great ones—through coaching, structure, and high standards
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive org-wide alignment and focus
  • Strong operational instincts with a strategic mindset
  • Experience navigating change and bringing clarity under pressure
  • Executive-level communication skills—both internally and externally
  • Comfort in the customer spotlight—this role will engage with clients directly
  • High integrity, low ego, and relentless bias for action
  • Experience working in product-led organizations with GTM complexity
  • Familiarity with vertical SaaS, customer experience, or social marketing platforms
  • Background in scale-ups or transformation contexts

By bridging customer needs, business goals, and technical innovation, we break down silos, foster collaboration, and use insights to guide smart, impactful decisions
  • Emplifi is seeking a bold and execution-driven product leader to serve as the right hand to our SVP of Product
  • This is not a classic product management role—this is a transformation role
  • You’ll be the operational and strategic engine behind our product team, ensuring our roadmap, execution, and people are aligned, accountable, and accelerating
  • You’ll drive performance across the team, coach and challenge our PMs, and help build a high-functioning product organization ready to scale
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, results—and knows how to create them when they’re missing
  • It’s also perfect for someone who can handle change, lead from the front, and isn’t afraid to make tough calls when excellence demands it
  • Serve as the operational and strategic partner to the SVP of Product
  • Bring clarity and execution discipline across product planning, delivery, and alignment
  • Build and scale frameworks for accountability, velocity, and impact within the product org
  • Act as a coach, challenger, and driver across the PM team—raising the bar on performance and ownership
  • Diagnose capability gaps and develop or replace talent to strengthen the team
  • Partner cross-functionally (with Engineering, GTM, Success, and more) to drive unified outcomes
  • Lead or co-lead critical cross-product initiatives such as verticalization, AI integration, and packaging
  • Represent Product externally with customers, analysts, and partners as needed
  • Drive transformation: when something isn’t working, you’ll surface it, fix it, and move forward fast
