Head of QA Automation – Technical and Leadership
Permanent | Hybrid | Dublin
We have a new position just in for a QA Automation Leader to join an established organisation and bring their team on a journey form manual testing to QA Automation excellence.
This is a dual position where you manage, grow, upskill an existing team while also being responsible for technically delivering QA Automation architecture and best practices across the business. This unique position offers the opportunity to not only be at a leadership level but also to remain close to the technical side which rarely comes about.
This position is for an experienced manager with excellent technical QA Automation knowledge and experience.
This is a hybrid position in Dublin and candidates must hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa to be considered.
Requirements:
- Previous team management experience in software testing
- Excellent knowledge of QA Automation, with a background in architecting QA Automation form the ground up.
- Need to be comfortable being hands on architecting QA Automation solutions
