Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation and monitoring of the resort’s hygiene policies.
- Support and oversee the application of SOPs and new standards.
- Communicate proactively with business units and resort teams.
- Serve as an internal and external reference on health and safety issues.
- Propose and implement improvements to protocols based on feedback.
- Promote awareness of Club Med’s health and safety initiatives among guests and staff, including the Safe Together program.
- Manage the supply of protective equipment such as masks, gloves, and visors.
- Establish relations with local authorities to ensure compliance and awareness of health resources.
- Collaborate with internal health experts and headquarters teams for support.
Qualifications
- Training in health and safety at work, MAPAQ certification, or equivalent.
- Attentive with strong listening and observational skills.
- Responsible with the ability to advise staff and guests, ensuring safety and security.
- Decisive, with the ability to lead based on diagnostics.
