Job Overview:
The Advanced Packaging & Integration group is looking for a candidate to fulfill the role of Hermetic Packaging Process Development Engineer to contribute to the development of their wavelength selective switch (WSS) products. WSS product development is inherently multidisciplinary, involving optics, opto-mechanics, LCOS, MEMS, Hermetic Packaging, micro-optics assembly and electronics. The successful candidate will be directly involved in the process design cycle from conceptual design, prototype builds, device characterization and optimization and
